    Safety violations documented on samsara videos no seat belt and texting while driving Missed delivery on 2/18 and failure to communicate to the dispatcher Driver was not returning calls for 5 hours while late for the pickup and no acceptable reason provided to explain his behaviour In the exit interview driver was presented with video recording, the driver was not confrontational, and we are separating on a good terms
