    The driver started working for us and everything was okay. After some time, he went home due to the truck being broke down. He needed to do a drug test and return to work. He was asked multiple times if he was able to do the drug test and he said yes, just to get back with positive results for marijuana. After that, he wanted us to give him some money to live, and pay for his SAP program as well as his coming back to work. We called him again after he went home to check for an update and his reply was that he is waiting on us to give him money. We do no think that we will rehire him as he is not taking it seriously.
