Zero communication skills. Does whatever he wants. Never picks up the phone. Once he goes home stays there for weeks and never responds to the office calls. Then he threatens that the truck will be abandoned. After keeping our truck hostage for 6(!!!) weeks he actually abandoned the truck with the gps and eld devices disconnected... Stay away!
