    This driver was working well for us when he started, until he got poor roadside inspections and citations. We had to pay for attorneys in multiple states, then he borrowed money from the company to pay his bills, and when we began to charge it back in payments, he deadheaded over 1k miles and left the truck in the yard without so much as a text. He's good until he's not. Over promising and under delivering. If you hire him, do not hire his referrals and don't loan him money. Its not worth it. He takes it all back tenfold the second things don't go his way, leaving you with his debt and empty trucks.
