    Rude, hates women, no communication at all, always wants to talk to owners of company to tell them how to run it.

    Driver was riding in the truck and had a gun with him. He also violated multiple company policies, like cutting the camera wires, hiding the camera in a closet, damaging the truck, etc. Had an issue with this driver since day one.
