Unreliable, him and his co driver barely drove 6 days before they got in a fight, went back to TX and Omar left the truck without a notice. His co-driver brought it back to IL demanding us to pay him some outrageous amount of money to stay as a company driver. Just not worth your time.

The driver barely lasted 10 days. He and his co-driver - Pirzoy Nazir came as a team, labeled themselves as "very hard workers". Did exactly 1 load together and decided they don't want to drive as a team anymore. They didn't like team driving, therefore wanted to get a truck each. They kept going back and forth with us on that, till they both decided to quit without notice. Omar came to the office demanding respect and more money, but he didn't offer anything in return. We told him that more money is definitely a possibility but he didn't prove that he deserves it. He lasted 10 days and gave us 100 lectures about respect and how other companies pay $5 per mile for company drivers. Ended up writing rude comments on our page and I wasn't planning to report him here before that comment. He is not worth it, big talk no action.
