He hit curb and bend the rim, never reported that to company. Out of service because of flat tire. Was involved in accident 2 weeks before that and didn’t report to company. Gave our insurance to other driver without police report, we didn’t see damage on other truck because he didn’t take any pictures. Damaged our 2 new trailers as well. At the end came from Georgia to Illinois empty and didn’t came to yard, abandoned truck on some random yard 20 miles from our place. In previous company(2020) had accident with severe injuries, per police report drove under influence of alcohol.
