    Driver left our company couple of months ago, leaving with a negative balance and damaged equipment. Overall was not very motivated, being late to deliveries and always having excuses to spend excessive time home. After a few months hr called the company back asking to come back and redeem himself, saying he has learnt his lesson, telling stories how he doesn't have anywhere else to go and that our company treated him very good despite his actions. Threfore, he's willing to work hard to make up for the previous damage done and willing to cut down the home time in order to keep earning. We took it to heart and gave the guy another chance which ended up costing us even more. The driver did not change his ways, didn't change the rolling habits of being late and taking excessive time off, furthermore he blamed everything on the company, blackmailing us to pay him money he never earned saying that if we don't he will take the equipment hostage. Not only that, but once we refused to keep giving him advances every day, he began to black mail our brokers and say things like. "the load will get there when I want it there" etc. In conclusion, he damaged both our truck and trailer and coused us several more headaches and unconfortible situations with brokers. We are very happy we were able to terminate him. Will never again consider this driver as he is incredibly lazy, unprofessional and aggresive. Do not believe a word he says and DO NOT HIRE.

    Very unprofessional behavior. The driver took the truck and then abandoned it at a truck stop without any prior notice or coordination. This caused serious operational issues and unnecessary stress for the company.

    No responsibility, no communication, and no respect for the equipment or the business. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in professional trucking and creates financial and logistical losses.

    Would not recommend working with this driver.

    Unacceptable behavior. The driver effectively held the truck and its contents hostage, refusing to return the vehicle or complete the job. Combined with his constant lateness and aggressive attitude, this was a nightmare. Avoid at all costs.
