Don't see that this guy is a veteran, he is continuously disobeying orders and has a poor work ethic. The guy worked for us for a few days and significantly damaged a trailer. Moreover, we lost 2 brokers because he rejected a load that he had accepted before. As a result - freight guard report. The guy uses trash language (pure dirty talk with multiple F-words) and argues with everybody. He has an anger management problem and act strange. In addition, when we told him that the company driver can't reject a load, he decided to quit without notice. Told us that he would drive empty 500 miles to his hometown and drop a truck there. We told him that he needed to return a truck under our contract. And he told us that it's not going to happen. Finally, he left it at a truck stop and we need to find someone to recover it.
