Save your effort on this one. First week he hits the trailer while backing up into customer dock. Didn't bother to look just "figured it would fit" he says. Another accident that wasn't his fault but he was too scared to call the cops or get the other parties information. And finally he signs a bol that says -10 on it but leaves the reefer at 38 degrees. $8k in cargo damages. To top it all off he asks for money everything. If weather slows him down, he wants extra pay. He literally tried to ask us for hourly pay because when he went to cash his check the line took 2 hours. And they wouldn't out right cash a check without a bank account. We had to explain to him that the bank is its own business and we cannot control what they do. I would rather leave the truck empty then hire this guy.
