    Driver involved twice in the accident in 4 days. First hit bridge where clearly showing clearance, dry van damaged. Second accident damaged completely bobtail, hit other vehicle. Driver called police, never call us (company) to report accident. We found on dash camera that he was involved in the accident. Driver after that disappear. We never heard from him, to explain situation. All information provided by police. Never responded to phone calls, voice mail. He used Google maps beside truckers GPS which he has, clearly is not allowed to use Google maps per company policy. Good guy, but very bad driver. Be careful, even if you monitoring him 24/7 you can't be calm.
