    Was eager to start working and make money. From the moment he got into truck started messaging everybody in the office about getting paid. Was talking nasty about everybody in the company. Got paid $1000 via zelle, because we did not want him to do anything to the truck or trailer. Next day started threats again. Was very nasty. Hid the truck in one location, trailer in another. Said we will have big loss if we don't pay what he wants. right before this he was extremely rude to the dispatcher, then stopped answering phone, then drove a lot of miles home without authorization. Very bad driver, abuser. Will never hire him.

    FROM THE FIRST SIGHT YOU COULD SEE THAT HE IS SMART ASS. DEMANDING, RUDE, ANNOYING. MAKES DECISIONS ON HIS OWN. DROVE HOME 300 MILES JUST BECAUSE HE FELT THAT HE DESERVED TO GO HOME. NOT WORTH TO WORK WITH HIM.
