    Disobeyed safety rules, drove on PC till limit reached. Then he disconnected the ELD from OBD and kept driving, disobeying warnings from our safety dept. When called back to home terminal to return the truck, he rejected the load and drove 400 miles (without company's approval) to his house. He took the truck hostage and threatened us not to come to his property to recover the truck. He had a gun in a truck, without company's approval or even informing us. We found out when he sent a picture of it.

    Didn't want to return the truck. Instead he shoot 6 tires, destroyed everything inside, stripped the seats to it's metal frame and scratched the outside. We are suing him. Avoid!!!
