Bad communication with all departments

She prefers to be called Karmen. Had red flags from the start - during orientation was asked to provide past employment information which she refused to at first, saying she doesn't want us contacting them because they were unsupportive of her lifestyle, which makes no difference to us as we only care about your driving experience as a driver, not looking for a life story. After driving for a month, arrived at the terminal on Friday asking for a new truck because her current one was having an issue - not a problem, we'll switch you out. Arranged a different truck to be brought to her so she could transfer her belongings, but she said she was not feeling too good and will be going to a hospital. Tried to check up on her over the weekend to make sure she's alright, but didn't respond to text messages or phone calls throughout the weekend, no call no show on Monday. The truck was emptied out.
