He abandoned the truck in the middle of nowhere while loaded. Excessively fueling, we think he was selling the fuel to other people. Always late, refusing excellent loads and booking them on his own without dispatch's knowledge. Poor truck hygiene, bad log book management, driving in violations and without a PTI sometimes. Excessively driving on PC, our company policy is 50 miles per week and he was driving over 100 miles per day.
