    Bad attitude, liar. Does not want to work. Had tested positive pre-employment in one company, went through SAP program, in our company always argues when is called for follow up test, intentionally tries not to make it. Parked the truck by the office, said that he is going to help move his mother and disappeared. Disconnected ELD multiple times, wanted to do paper logs, and was trying, claiming his ELD does not work. When approached-very unhappy, big attitude, and does the same thing again. When was told to go to the shop to fix the problem, bitched that he will be late, even thou that was not true, delivery was flexible and he had enough time
