    One of my drivers asked $200 advance through Cash-app and since they are both Michael's I accidentally sent $200 to Michael Shawn Wallace. After 5min I realized that I made a mistake and requested a reversed payment and he "Declined" it on the app. This is just another proof that he is a dishonest person.

    Michael was driving for us for about 10 days. This is my experience with him. He talks a lot, he text a lot as how he is the best driver and ecr, but in reality he doesn't listen to anything. He operates how he wants. He can't drive more than 400miles a day out of 10 days he one day he did over 500miles and other days he did 170miles to 300miles a day. Missed the delivery appointment. When he got loaded in MD was instructed to take I-64 highway but he replied (Any other state in this country I'd take your word on! I was born in West Virginia and spent most of my life there. Your 6 screens don't change 46 years of that state! Not being mean! I can take you dowb the wv turnpike and make you cry. Tell the other truck it's faster to hit 52 out of Huntington) please see the screenshot and he ended in the dead end gravel road on the mountain cliff with no way to turn around. He bent the aluminum rim, cut the tire, damaged the front of the trailer, and lost all 4 mudflaps. I asked him if he was ok with the split repair bill on rim and mud flaps, to which he replied "sure", but after he harassed me. Save your time and nerves. He rode with dog and after 10 days the interior of the truck was a mess, Needed to replace the mattress due to the smell and stains on it. I am attaching some screenshots of his conversation. He has real issues with anger.

    Not eligible for rehire. Extremely hard to deal with, refuses to follow company's policies, very demanding and unprofessional. Worked only for a few days, stole BOL's so we couldn't get paid. Wanted to abandon equipment on his second day of work.

    DO NOT HIRE! Worked for a week and had to get home for his son's birthday for just one day - ended up being home for around 10 days completely ignoring us. Then he just texted that he's not making money and doesn't want to work with us no more. Asked for $400 to bring back the truck to IL from TX, when he received the money he disappeared again and next day told us that he had to bail himself out of jail and needs the same $400 again:)

    He exhibited very strange behavior and were talking drivel. Ultimately, he were against the inside camera while being on duty and started yelling.

    Abandoned truck and trailed while being under the load, left engine running!!

    Driver worked less than two months. Upon noticing him running late to a delivery, dispatch could not reach him, prompting a wellness check; the engine was found running and the reefer load left behind. We later reached the driver, but he hung up and blocked us upon realizing we were calling from the company.

    Driver arrived at the pick up on weekend, when decided to quit and abandon vehicle. Our  company got Freightguard because of this, would not recommend to hire this person.

    Extremely disappointed. We invested in a flight, hotel, and transport for this driver to join our team. He walked off the job less than 24 hours after arriving. Total lack of professional integrity and a waste of company resources. Avoid if you value your time!
