    Good communication until day of the flight where he completely ignored us and did not board the flight so we are out $400.

    Michael was supposed to pick up truck/trailer and have a load to the office. being a new driver, he needed to do the paperwork. Since communication was hard and we did not receive the paperwork on time late on Friday, everything was sent to him on Monday morning. Regardless, he still got to the trucks location. He was having difficulties going thru the Online Orientation and paperwork. Later on, called, he was acting up, yelling and being the most rude person to the stuff, stating he was forced to do documents and watching the Orientation videos. Complaining on everything possible, before even starting to work with the company. Would not recommend this driver. Short tempered and potential conflict causer.
