    THis is a special type of breed. Came worked for us, constantly getting into negatives, we as a company tried helping him out as much as possible and then he took a truck hostage to continue on going into depth further. Decided to use equipment for personal use. Now driving empty from Connucticut to Iowa because he found another job. Current negative is around 9k and will grow until the equipment is turned in. Oh he lied about an accident that he created, but said the other party is at fault. Do not hire him he is a liar. We got a video from another trucker who was parked in the area where the accident occurred and clearly shows that Malachi is at fault. He is a lazy driver, and his mommy controls the situation, so if she does not see him on gps, he will return 500 miles until she can see him. This actually occured in UT, driver drove back to AZ to make sure mommy can see him on the gps. Then he decides to avoid a straight shot from UT to AZ and decides to go around through CA, in which case he was not prepared to go through there load wise and got put out of service. The guy has 0 common sense, he just tries to talk nice and that's all. Do not hire him, WASTE OF TIME. If you want a major negative left feel free to take him.

    Not eligible for rehire. Extremely hard to deal with, refuses to follow company's policies, very demanding and unprofessional. Worked only for a few days, stole BOL's so we couldn't get paid. Wanted to abandon equipment on his second day of work.

    DO NOT HIRE! Worked for a week and had to get home for his son's birthday for just one day - ended up being home for around 10 days completely ignoring us. Then he just texted that he's not making money and doesn't want to work with us no more. Asked for $400 to bring back the truck to IL from TX, when he received the money he disappeared again and next day told us that he had to bail himself out of jail and needs the same $400 again:)

    Abandoned truck and trailed while being under the load, left engine running!!

    Driver worked less than two months. Upon noticing him running late to a delivery, dispatch could not reach him, prompting a wellness check; the engine was found running and the reefer load left behind. We later reached the driver, but he hung up and blocked us upon realizing we were calling from the company.

    Driver arrived at the pick up on weekend, when decided to quit and abandon vehicle. Our  company got Freightguard because of this, would not recommend to hire this person.

    Extremely disappointed. We invested in a flight, hotel, and transport for this driver to join our team. He walked off the job less than 24 hours after arriving. Total lack of professional integrity and a waste of company resources. Avoid if you value your time!
