He was great in the beginning and 1 week in the problems began. Communication was extremely difficult. He would be disrespectful and unwilling to work. Our equipment got towed because he parked it by his house. He refused to return to the truck. Upon truck recovery we found opened bottles of alcohol. Very unprofessional and dangerous for this profession!! I would advise against hiring him!!
