Mental issues!!! Stay away from her and her husband! First when we spoke with them and once they arrived at our yard, everything seemed fine, was polite. Everything changed once they got a truck. First they swear on our yard guy when he tried to help them out with straps and chains, we thought maybe they we're tired after long day, so we didin't pay attention. Same night they called afterhours and ask for cash adv, once they got negative respond, same behavior as with our yard guy. Next morning dispatcher called them to check what's going on, they told that everything is good, they were polite and kind with him and told that they ready for their next load. After 1 hour called to dispatcher, started to shout, swear and threaten him. Said that he refuses load, that dispatcher doesn't know what he's doing, that he's an owner op and we have to do what he says and that he's firing his dispatcher.. Then Mr. Daniel (husband of her) called to recruiter, told that he fired his dispatcher and he needs new one, because his dispatcher wasn't listening to him. Once we tried to deal with him polite and find best solution, he again started to shout, that we work for him, that we have to listen to him and do everything what he says, that he will book his own loads under our MC#, finally after 10min of straight insults, Mr. Daniel told that recruiter is done also and that he fires him as well. After that, manager tried to find solution for both parties, got agreed that they will bring back the truck, but instead of that, drove all night to get home and droped loaded trailer with truck at unsecured parking lot. Because of them, we ruined the relationship with brokers, lost a lot of money and time. Beware of them! Would not recommend to hire them.
