    This driver started off awesome. We even gave him a pay increase in his first week. Huge mistake. The guy lied and stated he was moving to the state we hired him for in order to get the job. He started missing appointments and taking days off. Never did a proper pre and post inspection and we even had to talk/ write him up for not logging in to the ELD so he can pick up a load and head back towards his home in another state. This caused him to go over on his HOS and violations. Beware, the MVR that the insurance runs didn't list half of the violation he had received tickets for and even had an OOS. This guy is not good for business. Did not keep up with equipment. Did not care how he ran the truck. We had to let him go. We would not hire him again
