Abandoned Truck!!!! Caused an accident that resulted in over $20,000 of damage to our truck as well as damage to another truck. Damaged trailer on multiple occasions. Constantly late for pick ups and deliveries. Doesn't drive more than 1500 miles a week constantly complaining about various health issues. Whenever given home time finds a reason to stay one or two weeks instead of just the weekend as agreed.
