    Started out great then started sleeping all day and not answer phone quit underload after dispatched turn truck in it was a mess and some body damage

    We took him from another company, people that I personally know. I did see the review that someone posted, showed it to him but could not contact the previous owner due to the review being anonymous. I did not go into detail with the company owner she came from. I spoke to the driver and he does looks and sounds reliable and honest. Unfortunately, had to learn it the hard way. He did appx 6 loads for us, constantly late, the first load - he was not late. Hangs out in the truck stops and sure is under some sort of influence. Speech sluttered, not responding to phone calls, aggressiveness over the phone. We brought him back and let him go before something happened. Took the keys, the truck was parked outside the shop, he opened up a truck and decided to sleep over there hoping we will change our mind in the morning, send a picture to the dispatch. We were informed by the dispatch of the situation and drove back to the shop and kicked him out. Do not be fooled by his communication when face to face. Also, does not turn the log books on when driving. Got a report, he was asking for illegal drugs to buy from the shipper. Shipper called to inform telling us, they will call police. Handled this without police being involved. As soon as he is in the truck, he will be a problem. DO NOT HIRE.

    Strong driver but has problems with drug abuse. He went to the shipper asking if they know anyone in the area selling cocaine. After a PU in GA, disappeared and for a week, drove around in circles and did not responding to any calls. We had to call police and recover truck.

    Not eligible for rehire. Extremely hard to deal with, refuses to follow company's policies, very demanding and unprofessional. Worked only for a few days, stole BOL's so we couldn't get paid. Wanted to abandon equipment on his second day of work.

    DO NOT HIRE! Worked for a week and had to get home for his son's birthday for just one day - ended up being home for around 10 days completely ignoring us. Then he just texted that he's not making money and doesn't want to work with us no more. Asked for $400 to bring back the truck to IL from TX, when he received the money he disappeared again and next day told us that he had to bail himself out of jail and needs the same $400 again:)

    He exhibited very strange behavior and were talking drivel. Ultimately, he were against the inside camera while being on duty and started yelling.

    Abandoned truck and trailed while being under the load, left engine running!!

    Driver worked less than two months. Upon noticing him running late to a delivery, dispatch could not reach him, prompting a wellness check; the engine was found running and the reefer load left behind. We later reached the driver, but he hung up and blocked us upon realizing we were calling from the company.

    Driver arrived at the pick up on weekend, when decided to quit and abandon vehicle. Our  company got Freightguard because of this, would not recommend to hire this person.

    Extremely disappointed. We invested in a flight, hotel, and transport for this driver to join our team. He walked off the job less than 24 hours after arriving. Total lack of professional integrity and a waste of company resources. Avoid if you value your time!
