    Joseph has been on an off with the company for over a year . Always wants to work by his rules, this week he dropped trailer in some parking, lied that he delivered and took the truck closer to his house in TX.

    Terrible person. Uses the truck for personal stuff. Drives 300-400 miles off route without telling anyone. He is not answering the phone when he does that. He just drives however he likes it. He had a unauthorized passenger(pregnant girlfriend) who drove a truck without anyone knowing about it. Until she caused an accident. He never reported it until his ex wife called to report it. Because guess what, her car got destroyed. They are playing for some setup with insurance fraud or being just crazy. He was immediately terminated from his job on spot 2000 miles from terminal. Found traces of cocaine in a journal when cleaning the truck. Disregard’s rules and regulations for HOS. Drives on personal all night long, for several hours. He has a lot of personal drama in his life that nobody needs to be around for that. Drove couple of times for 100-200 miles just to “take a shower” Visits Casinos every chance he gets. After that he gets incapable for driving next load no more than 300 miles. He drove for two months. And even if there was no accident he would still get himself fired Real quick. Stay away if you have some respect towards this business.

    Our terminal located in Shorewood IL. Driver abandoned equipment including the load in Dallas tx.

    Not eligible for rehire. Extremely hard to deal with, refuses to follow company's policies, very demanding and unprofessional. Worked only for a few days, stole BOL's so we couldn't get paid. Wanted to abandon equipment on his second day of work.

    DO NOT HIRE! Worked for a week and had to get home for his son's birthday for just one day - ended up being home for around 10 days completely ignoring us. Then he just texted that he's not making money and doesn't want to work with us no more. Asked for $400 to bring back the truck to IL from TX, when he received the money he disappeared again and next day told us that he had to bail himself out of jail and needs the same $400 again:)

    He exhibited very strange behavior and were talking drivel. Ultimately, he were against the inside camera while being on duty and started yelling.

    Abandoned truck and trailed while being under the load, left engine running!!

    Driver worked less than two months. Upon noticing him running late to a delivery, dispatch could not reach him, prompting a wellness check; the engine was found running and the reefer load left behind. We later reached the driver, but he hung up and blocked us upon realizing we were calling from the company.

    Driver arrived at the pick up on weekend, when decided to quit and abandon vehicle. Our  company got Freightguard because of this, would not recommend to hire this person.

    Extremely disappointed. We invested in a flight, hotel, and transport for this driver to join our team. He walked off the job less than 24 hours after arriving. Total lack of professional integrity and a waste of company resources. Avoid if you value your time!
