    Temperamental, impossible to work with. Screams for no reason, has no idea of basic trucking knowledge. Always reminds how many years he'd been driving. Dropps hone calls, disregards dispatch calls, yells, yells, yells. Lied about previous employment. I have no idea how drivers like him still drive and suck up every last bit of nerve out of you.

    Driver started, had one load to his second home to go and pick up his stuff, and then decided to drive empty without permission 700 miles and disconnected trailer left at truck stop and used the truck for couple more days for his personal use, we were tracking by gps. When we called him to ask him to leave the truck, that we will send someone to recover it, he started arguing and hang up on us. When we recovered the truck, there was no tablet there, camera was broken and truck full of trash.
