    He started working for us and at the beginning everything was okay. Our policy is 3 weeks on the road 6 days home. However, when he went home he was not back in 6 days it was taking longer. First he was driving flatbed and after that he switched to dry van. We gave him a brand new 2023 food grade trailer. He was driving some time and went home again. He was not answering the calls and was not giving an update about his coming back. When our maintenance guy went on the parking lot to check the trucks and trailers he found out that the trailer is damaged. On the door there is a whole most probably the driver hit it when backing up and did not report it. Also, on the front of the trailer there is damage most probably he hit it while trying to cross under a bridge and again he did not report anything. He was suppose to come back but never did.
