He was working for us for a month. He is emotional driver, doesn't wanna listen any recommendations and says that he has been doing trucking for 20 years and he knows everything. He went home for home time, our dispatch called him on Saturday to ask about his plans when he wants to come back over the road. He started to yelling and said that we can't call him while he is at home time. Abandoned the truck near his home. He was doing RGN.
