This driver from day one did things wrong. He did not follow the ELD rules, does not know how to use ELD and did not ask for support. We had to intervene. He submitted his documents with two different emails from the beginning and got upset his pay was late. He would submit documents late past the week payroll even after we explained the deadlines. He would not pick up the phone for dispatch or accounting, he would call on the weekends instead, demanding for his money even though It was explained his loads are going to be paid in the next pay period because he submitted things late. We agreed 3 weeks out, 5 days home. He went home after three weeks, he said he was only staying home 5 days days. He stopped answering the phone. Then abandoned the truck. Even after we agreed to give him an advance on his upcoming paycheck. This guy is a waste of time and a costly mistake to have on your team. Best of luck if you decide to hire him. ----He abandoned our truck!!---------Only lasted three weeks!!
