    Do not waste your time even processing this driver, we've been waiting for him for 3 weeks and he never showed up after we completed the entire hiring process. He is dishonest about his previous employment history and moving violations. After he didn't show up to the driver training we contacted his last employer over the phone and asked questions that are not on employment verification document. Jose never told them he is quitting and was planning to just drop off the truck and leave after a week at home, so they do not have any checks to withhold in case he doesn't give a notice (as he was planning to do). Jose was upset that an employment verification was actually sent to his last employer.
