    I would give a ZERO rating if there was an option. The worst possible experiece you can imagine when it comes to recruiting a new driver. Unstable, bipolar , irresponsible behaviour. We booked him a flight ticket and a hotel just to come here and to keep changing his mind 3 days in a row. One day he decides he want to start driving and the very next day he disappers on us. While staying in the hotel by the way with all the expenses covered by us. He will just waste your time , money and energy. Do not consider this applicant at all so you can be saved from all the possible troubles !
