He started with us lease to buy, after about 2 months he switched to company driver. He made several minor damages to the truck as a lease oprator. As a company driveer he drove for about 1.5 year. He went home because of family stuff. Two months after he called us to by him a plane ticket to come back to work, we bought ticket and after that no answer from him. For that 1.5 year he went of the road once(1000$ towing) 2 times after home time he couldn't start truck because he would left everything on. we had to call road side service to put new battterys. Both times around 1100$. Trailer had many damages after him. No clue about maintenance, he will ignore every chek light on the truck, no clue what means Pre Trip Inspection. Many other things, but at the end Jose is absolutely unreliable, safety hazzard and dishonest...
