Rolled with our company for 3 weeks, driver has very poor decision making and is irresponsible in general. Becouse of bad decision making manages to driver 200-250 miles a day top. Can't follow GPS or directions given, several incidents when he opposite of the right directions. The decision making lead to multiple missed pick ups and deliveries, which didn't really bother the driver - zero sesnse of responsability. All in all not a bad person, just not a good driver.
