Good driving skills but other than that, not the best driver. Came in as a company driver. His only concern was how much he makes. Kept asking for more miles to make more money and later complained of being tired. On 500 miles loads complained they were too short and demanded compensation. Upon leaving, he stated his back hurt and he couldn't drive anymore. Day later he started a new driving job.
