I was working with this driver for over 2 months, was really into the company, first Orientation that was scheduled after the hiring process had been completed he missed the appointment and told me to push the dates forward for him. Next Orientation scheduled I did not book as he was unreliable after the first instance, to my surprise the second one had to get pushed as well. 3rd Chance I had to re-do the whole hiring process and renew records, he gave me high hopes and even booked his own flight, upon arrival he mentioned he got his own Uber to get to our Orientation but then requested a Uber to get to us as he made a mistake on the address even though I specified many times before the exact location. The requested Uber location was another company which obviously wouldn't take him on board and he tried to use us as a 3rd, maybe 4th option after no one hired him. Hire at your own risk, wouldn't recommend spending budget on this driver, unreliable and does not communicate properly, OTR would more than likely be a problem for dispatchers as well.
