    He got one of our nicest trucks but never missed a chance to complain about everything, from his routes to how the company was run. Unfortunately, his own driving didn't live up to all that talk. The real kicker came when he returned the truck. It was trashed: dents, scratches, you name it. It looked like it had been through a demolition derby, not regular routes. Despite having a great setup, he didn’t take care of it, and his constant negativity was more hassle than it was worth. Definitely not the team player we needed.
