    Jeffrey was driving for us for almost a year, he used to be a hell of a driver, but always had a problem with his attitude. We as a company decided that would not be a problem but in the long run it was. In the past few months he started going home too often and he started being late for appointments, canceling us loads even though we planned loads for him ahead. Also his attitude and behavior was out of limits, he was yelling to dispatch, the afterhours and the safety and always arguing about something. He has anger issues and he could not control that, therefore we had to let him go. We will not recommend hiring this driver.
