    For the last 3-4 months, he's been slacking a lot. Everytime he goes home, he would tell us a date when he would be available and I'd give him a call to make sure he's good to get a booked load, he'd confirm, the day of pickup I'd call him to confirm the load and then two hours before the load he'd call me and say he can't pick it up. Then, he'll say he'd pick it up the next day, I'd try to rollover and sometimes I'm able to do it, he'll confirm again, then he'll do the same thing. Sometimes I have to rollover 2-3 times in a week. Once he started rolling on the truck, he's fine but once he's home is an issue. It would be a constant issue, eventually progressing. Always an excuse. Sometimes he'd even stop picking up the phone and not answer me or the company. Yesterday, he delivered the day before Monday evening. The agreement was to take 34 hours, maybe one day more and hadn't had any decent reset. We agreed to reload him Wednesday or Thursday morning. I checked on him yesterday morning (02/15), he said he's all good. I moved his truck. He was supposed to get the medical card recertified in the afternoon, and around 3:30 or so PM CST, he sent a picture that he tied the key to the truck and said he's quitting. That was it, no notice or anything, truck abandoned.

    Not eligible for rehire. Extremely hard to deal with, refuses to follow company's policies, very demanding and unprofessional. Worked only for a few days, stole BOL's so we couldn't get paid. Wanted to abandon equipment on his second day of work.

    DO NOT HIRE! Worked for a week and had to get home for his son's birthday for just one day - ended up being home for around 10 days completely ignoring us. Then he just texted that he's not making money and doesn't want to work with us no more. Asked for $400 to bring back the truck to IL from TX, when he received the money he disappeared again and next day told us that he had to bail himself out of jail and needs the same $400 again:)

    He exhibited very strange behavior and were talking drivel. Ultimately, he were against the inside camera while being on duty and started yelling.

    Abandoned truck and trailed while being under the load, left engine running!!

    Driver worked less than two months. Upon noticing him running late to a delivery, dispatch could not reach him, prompting a wellness check; the engine was found running and the reefer load left behind. We later reached the driver, but he hung up and blocked us upon realizing we were calling from the company.

    Driver arrived at the pick up on weekend, when decided to quit and abandon vehicle. Our  company got Freightguard because of this, would not recommend to hire this person.

    Extremely disappointed. We invested in a flight, hotel, and transport for this driver to join our team. He walked off the job less than 24 hours after arriving. Total lack of professional integrity and a waste of company resources. Avoid if you value your time!
