Very bad communication with him. Dispatchers had a lot of stress with him and brokers. No communication he answers phone when he feels like and messages. Goes home he will not answer phone when he decides to come out then he will. You give him a load no answer from him then couple hours later he starts driving you don't know what to say to broker
