He came on as a OTR driver, however when he started driving he was complaining he was scared to be out on the road for more than 2 days. We offered him a local position and he declined because its not enough money. After we had no other options for him we let him choose to stay or leave at which he left. He started posting bad about us online and lying. He does not drive more than 300-400 miles a day and calls it a day. And expectations are to be home every Friday- Monday. Mondays he can leave out after 0900. Just not worth it unless you are looking for regional driver. Even than he HAS to be home day 2. Good luck.
