    Did the full application. Did the drug test and all other checks. In the end started talks about having his own truck. He wants to start working as a company driver for us and he wants us to hire his truck with another driver as an owner operator. Turns out he isn't even the owner of the truck. Doesn't have a title or the bill of sale. All he does now is blackmailing me to hire his truck, then he will come to work as a company driver. Big waste of time.
