    James kept stealing fuel. We noticed that after just one week his fuel usage was unusually high. We tried addressing the issue, but he just kept doing what he was doing, saying that the truck has issues. He also had a really bad attitude and kept arguing and talking back no matter who called him or what the question was. And to put a cherry on top, he was late to every single pickup and delivery, guess he was too busy selling fuel to worry about the job duties itself. We had to involve the police to kick him out because he threatened to take the truck and sell it into parts...
