    We've booked a flight for James to our office for orientation, he disappeared the evening before his flight and in the morning an hour before the flight he texted that there was emergency with his daughter so he won't make it. Few days later we have booked another flight for James. He promised that he will definitely be there, but same as before the driver never answered the phone and we have never received a refund for this flight since the driver decided to check in to his flight an evening before and basically used us for a free flight. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
