    This driver has been working with me for at least year and a half. The reason i didn't fire him much earlier is that i was unexperienced fleet owner in the beginning and he was one of my first drivers. So please pay attention before hiring him. Since he started working for me, he had numerous truck and trailer damages and accidents. He managed to hit a dear 3 times within a few months, hit the dear two times within a 10 days. Drive EXCLUSEVLY only during a night. He is capable to pick up a load early in the morning, park the truck at the nearest truck stop for the entire day till 7,8pm and than drive entire night. Of course late on delivery in 50% of the cases, and if he did have a lot of miles during a night, he will just skip next day working and will sleep over entire day. Damaged the trailer couple of times, had tows, hit the clearance and destroyed the roof on brand new truck and ruined the truck with cigarettes - one pack per night according to him. Will not report issues with the truck until truck completely stops. He is an grown man who will beg and cry like a 6 years old boy to get what he wants, but will not respond the call if its something needed from him, especially if he has done something wrong. After all this time having him as an employee, i don't think there is any profit left from his work. Once he is in the truck, he will work but will be huge pain in the ass and a headache.

    Not eligible for rehire. Extremely hard to deal with, refuses to follow company's policies, very demanding and unprofessional. Worked only for a few days, stole BOL's so we couldn't get paid. Wanted to abandon equipment on his second day of work.

    DO NOT HIRE! Worked for a week and had to get home for his son's birthday for just one day - ended up being home for around 10 days completely ignoring us. Then he just texted that he's not making money and doesn't want to work with us no more. Asked for $400 to bring back the truck to IL from TX, when he received the money he disappeared again and next day told us that he had to bail himself out of jail and needs the same $400 again:)

    Abandoned truck and trailed while being under the load, left engine running!!

    Driver worked less than two months. Upon noticing him running late to a delivery, dispatch could not reach him, prompting a wellness check; the engine was found running and the reefer load left behind. We later reached the driver, but he hung up and blocked us upon realizing we were calling from the company.

    Driver arrived at the pick up on weekend, when decided to quit and abandon vehicle. Our  company got Freightguard because of this, would not recommend to hire this person.

    Extremely disappointed. We invested in a flight, hotel, and transport for this driver to join our team. He walked off the job less than 24 hours after arriving. Total lack of professional integrity and a waste of company resources. Avoid if you value your time!
