" Driver " Solis Jaime Leonel applied for an OTR position and followed all the instructions UNTIL... We booked him a flight and provided him with a hotel room close to the airport. Once he got to the hotel he asked for some food because he did not eat all day,he said. We encouraged him 75$ for dinner expenses and for his luggage check in fee. In the morning, 90 minute before his flight Solis asked for more money because his bank account had a negative balance, as he explained, he was very persistent and said if we do not give him more money he won"t go to the airport. At the same time the hotel attendant called us and complained about Solis"s behaviour. He said that Solis being aggressive, threw his luggage around and that is why the hotel can not provide him with the shuttle service to the airport due to safety reasons. Imagine, what would happen if this guy got your truck and trailer? Driver Solis did not even start to work here but he brought so many issues... better let him go his way.

Hit the trailer at the shipper - made a lot damage $$$$ as soon he got the check left the truck and left without taking responsibilities for his own mistakes
