During 5 months: Damaged LH door mirror. Damaged front bumper. Damaged RH hood mirror. Damaged RH door mirror. Damaged trailer's rim. Damaged trailer's door. Damaged fence at the shipper. DOT inspection with 2 moving violations. Quit under dispatch. We had to cancel 2 loads booked for the weekend. Drove 600 unauthorized empty miles to other company to do drug test and start hiring process. Had to recover the truck from their yard.
