    Driver was with us for less then a week, and showed everything but professionalism in his work. For starters, his English is very bad and it's hard to communicate with him, moreover, his use of technology is also on a very low level. Not capable to use ELD and comply with ELD regulations as well. We sent him for a test run 300 miles from our yard and we're experiencing problems from the start, resulting in taking him back with the next load and getting him fired. You can't expect this driver to stay with you for a long time and contribute to your company. While doing employment verifications, got the bad reviews from other companies too. If you get an opportunity to hire this guy, you should still just pass.
