To begin with driver was hard to work with, giving attitude to dispatchers and brokers to a point where several brokers asked not to use him on their freight. Driver picked and delivered loads with no regard to pick up or delivery schedules, was late on most of his deliveries resulting in fines. When confronted about it got aggressive saying we should be happy he's delivering the loads at all. We've tried several times to talk it over, but his attitude didn't change and we had no other option, but to part ways. At this point driver took our equipment hostage to "teach us a lesson". It took us more than a week and we had to press charges and only with the police involved we managed to get him out of the truck. Cost the company money to get the equipment back and several relationships with long time brokers and nerves not knowing what condition the equipment we will get back. All in all would highly recomend not to hire
