When its about to go home or he is close to his house , he gets home sick ... First time we sent him home he had a load from NC to FL , he said he will miss his app and will pay for fuel to go home 400 miles, had to cancel load Allen Lund put us on DO NOT USE because of him!!! Gave another chance ... This time in AL. 700 miles away from his house it was 06/29/23. He wanted to be home before the 4th of July . We had a load from AL to SC delivery on the 06/30/23, He said he is tired and again willing to pay for fuel and go home . I told him no we had a load can't give it back , we also have truck trailer payment and need truck to make money.... Then he said he is tired and needs rest .He told broker fuck you and drove home empty 700 miles . If he was tired like he said ... How can you drive 700 miles straight home . Told dispatch to better pay him or he will get our truck messed up and hiss attorney will take care of us . He is not good for business. Would not rehire ....
