He came as a referral from the other company stating that "they are treating me not good, truck old, constantly has issues". He told me that he has 26+ years of exp. After driving for us two weeks I understood why the other company let him go, and who this guy is. With 26 years of exp he still does not understand that a leaking hub seal its not a tragedy but he told to call him towing right away. When came back into shop withing a week he demanded to replace tires that had at least 60% tread left claiming that "other driver told me i can not drive like this". What about your "26 years of exp"??? After I told him "we don't work like this and do not waste money because "the other driver told you" - the tone changed, it was a lot of "sorry, I was in a bad mood", but in 3 weeks we lost so much money because of his "demands and rules" that we had to let him go. Waste of time and money.
